Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an invoice per. e-mail. The invoice is a receipt for your order. Your order is only legally binding once we have confirmed your order by an invoice per. email. Grasp has the option to cancel your order due to technical problems, delivery failure, the fair use clause and the like.
Prices and payment
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an invoice per. e-mail. The goods will not be sent before we have registered your payment in our bank account.
Cancellation of order
Grasp may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item.
You will be notified if such a situation should arise, just as any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned / canceled.
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated why you regret your purchase. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
Upon receipt, you must only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they work.

You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given us a notice, and you must send them back within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
Warranties and service
1 year factory warranty on all products, with normally recommended use. For service of products, contact us for a discussion so we can find the best solution.

In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you according to the Privacy Statement. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.”
Grasp strives to deliver the ordered goods within 2-4 working days after we have received your payment, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase process.
If a product has a different delivery time, the costumer will be informed when receiving the invoice.
If you do not pick up your package within 14 days at Bring & PostNord or 7 days at Helthjem pick-up package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged a fee of NOK 120 to cover the direct costs of administration, return shipping and handling of the package. Please note that packages that are not picked up are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed and sent items that are incorrectly with what you ordered. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by payment on delivery. In the event of an exchange of product we pay the new freight from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, in the case of an item: send or return it to us
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have regretted. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
Newsletter and information requests
If you want to contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the following data:

§ E-mail: If you contact us by e-mail, we will save the correspondence to respond to your inquiry.
§ Telephone: If you contact Grasp support by telephone, we store a written summary of the correspondence to respond to your inquiry.
We need your consent to have you subscribed to our newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will consequently delete your e-mail from the e-mail list.
If you are a customer, we reserve the right to keep e-mail and telephone correspondence as long as you are an active customer to provide the best possible customer care. We store collected personal information for as long as we believe it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the collection.This means that we can store your personal information for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. When the personal information we have collected is no longer required, we delete it securely. You can send us a request to delete all correspondence. We will then process your request. If we decide to keep your data, we will inform you why in a short time.
